Bayshore Bungalow

Backstory:

After storms flooded the entire home, the homeowners saw an opportunity to completely reimagine the home for modern living.

Issues:

• Whole-home storm damage
• Small galley kitchen with limited storage
• No guest bathroom
• Layout didn’t flow or function well

Solution:

The entire home was remodeled, including relocating and enlarging the kitchen to create a Chef’s Entertaining Kitchen. A large Butler’s Pantry was added between the kitchen and laundry, along with a new guest bathroom. The primary bath was also remodeled with a spacious walk-in closet.

Conclusion:

What started as storm damage became an opportunity to create a more functional, spacious, and entertaining-friendly home designed around the homeowners’ lifestyle.
